Reheating

Items needed: 3 baking dishes (9x12), food thermometer, aluminum foil and decorative dishes (if desired).
  • sausage stuffing - Remove plastic lid from packaging. Cover stuffing with foil. Bake in a 325° oven for 35 minutes or until the center reaches 160° degrees. The hot stuffing can be transferred to a decorative dish for serving.
  • au gratin potatoes - Place potato mixture in a greased ovenproof casserole dish and cover with foil. Bake at 325° for 40 minutes or until the center reaches 160°. Remove the foil and spread the breadcrumbs/bacon evenly over the top, and bake uncovered for 10 more minutes. Sprinkle with green onions and serve.
  • sweet potato-praline casserole - Place the sweet potato puree into a greased ovenproof casserole dish. Spread the praline topper evenly over the top of the sweet potato puree. Bake uncovered in a 325° oven for 20 minutes or until the center is 160° and the topping is crispy if you tap it with the back of a spoon.
  • green bean casserole - Place green bean mixture in a greased ovenproof casserole dish and cover with foil. Bake in a 325° oven for 20 minutes or until the center reaches 160° degrees. Remove the foil and spread the cheddar and crispy fried onions on top. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes more.
  • breads - Place on a cookie sheet and bake in a 325° oven for 3 minutes to toast.
  • butter - Allow to come to room temperature about 30-45 minutes before serving.
  • cranberry sauce - Allow to come to room temperature about 30-45 minutes before serving.
  • Turkey - Preheat oven to 325. Remove turkey from bag and place on a rack in a shallow pan, breast side up. Heat for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before carving.
